Abstract
This study aimed to develop WEBERA (Interactive Energy Website), a Google Sites-based learning medium for fourth-grade elementary school students, and to determine its validity. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which comprises five stages including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects included fourth-grade students of SDN Soco 1, a fourth-grade teacher, and validators consisting of a material expert, a media expert, and a language expert. Data were collected through observation, interviews, validation questionnaires, and user response questionnaires. The developed product was a website-based learning medium containing energy-related materials, instructional videos, student worksheets, evaluations, and reflection activities that could be accessed through various digital devices. The validation results indicated that WEBERA achieved a highly valid category based on assessments from the material, media, and language experts. Furthermore, teacher and student responses were categorized as very good. Therefore, the Google Sites-based WEBERA learning medium is considered suitable for use in teaching energy topics in Science and Social Studies (IPAS) for fourth-grade elementary school students.
