Kata kunci: Simbol Keislaman, APE Masjid Unik, Anak Usia Dini Kemampuan mengenal simbol keislaman merupakan fondasi penting dalam pembentukan identitas religius anak usia dini. Namun, observasi awal di TK Al Kautsar Bakti 2 menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan siswa Kelompok A1 dalam mengenal simbol keislaman, seperti mengenal sholat wajib, huruf hijaiyah, pola, dan kreasi masjid, masih rendah. Hal ini diduga disebabkan oleh metode pembelajaran yang kurang interaktif dan minim pemanfaatan media edukatif yang menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal simbol keislaman melalui penerapan Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) Masjid Unik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Arikunto yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 9 siswa Kelompok A1 TK Al Kautsar Bakti 2 Tahun Pelajaran 2025/2026. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada setiap siklus. Pada prasiklus, rata-rata kemampuan mengenal simbol keislaman sebesar 38% (kategori rendah). Setelah diterapkan APE Masjid Unik pada Siklus I, mengalami peningkatan sebesar 23% menjadi 61% (kategori sedang). Pada Siklus II, setelah dilakukan perbaikan dengan menambahkan variasi permainan seperti “permainan sholat” dan “berburu huruf hijaiyah”, mengalami peningkatan sebesar 28% menjadi 89% (kategori sangat baik). Aktivitas guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran juga meningkat dari nilai 68 (cukup) pada Siklus I menjadi 84 (baik) pada Siklus II. ABSTRACT Emi Wijayanti. 2025. Keywords: Symbols of Islam, APE Unique Mosque, Early Childhood The ability to recognize Islamic symbols is an important foundation in the formation of early childhood religious identity. However, initial observations at Al Kautsar Bakti 2 Kindergarten show that the ability of Group A1 students to recognize Islamic symbols, such as recognizing mandatory prayers, hijaiyah letters, patterns, and mosque creations, is still low. This is allegedly caused by less interactive learning methods and minimal use of interesting educational media. This research aims to improve the ability to recognize Islamic symbols through the application of Educational Game Tools (APE) of Unique Mosques. This research uses the Arikunto model Class Action Research (PTK) method which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of the stages of planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection. The research subjects are 9 students of Group A1 Al Kautsar Bakti Kindergarten 2 Academic Year 2025/2026. Data collection techniques include observation, tests, interviews, and documentation. The results showed a significant increase in each cycle. In the past, the average ability to recognize Islamic symbols was 38% (low category). After the implementation of the Unique Mosque APE in Cycle I, it increased by 23% to 61% (medium category). In Cycle II, after improvements were made by adding variations of games such as "prayer games" and "hunting for hijaiyah letters", there was an increase of 28% to 89% (very good category). Teachers' activities in managing learning also increased from a score of 68 (adequate) in Cycle I to 84 (good) in Cycle II.
