Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) berbantuan media Magic Card dalam pembelajaran berbicara pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Jetis, Kecamatan Pace, Kabupaten Nganjuk, serta mengidentifikasi kelebihan dan kekurangannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus pada proses pembelajaran berbicara. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas guru kelas V dan siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Jetis. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Think Pair Share berbantuan media Magic Card dapat menciptakan pembelajaran berbicara yang aktif, komunikatif, dan menyenangkan. Tahapan think membantu siswa menyiapkan ide secara mandiri, tahap pair melatih keberanian dan kemampuan berkomunikasi melalui diskusi berpasangan, sedangkan tahap share meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa dalam menyampaikan pendapat di depan kelas. Media Magic Card berperan sebagai stimulus visual yang membantu siswa mengembangkan ide, memperkaya kosakata, dan meningkatkan kelancaran berbicara. Kelebihan penerapan model ini antara lain meningkatkan keaktifan, keberanian, dan keterampilan berbicara siswa. Adapun kekurangannya adalah membutuhkan pengelolaan waktu dan kelas yang baik agar seluruh siswa memperoleh kesempatan berbicara secara merata. Secara keseluruhan, penggunaan model Think Pair Share berbantuan media Magic Card terbukti efektif dalam mendukung pembelajaran berbicara siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Jetis. Vita Dewi Susanti. 2025. This study aims to describe the use of the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model assisted by Magic Card media in speaking instruction for fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 2 Jetis, Pace District, Nganjuk Regency, as well as to identify its strengths and weaknesses. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach focusing on the speaking learning process. The research subjects consisted of the fifth-grade teacher and fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 2 Jetis. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. Data analysis was conducted through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results indicate that the implementation of the Think Pair Share model assisted by Magic Card media creates an active, interactive, and enjoyable speaking learning environment. The think stage helps students prepare ideas independently, the pair stage enhances students’ confidence and communication skills through paired discussions, and the share stage improves students’ self-confidence in expressing ideas in front of the class. The Magic Card media functions as a visual stimulus that supports idea development, enriches vocabulary, and improves speaking fluency. The strengths of this learning model include increased student participation, confidence, and speaking skills. However, its implementation requires effective time and classroom management to ensure that all students have equal opportunities to speak. Overall, the Think Pair Share learning model assisted by Magic Card media is effective in supporting speaking instruction for fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 2 Jetis.
