Jatmiko, 2026. The Implementation of School Rules in Shaping the Disciplinary Character of Grade X Students at SMK Satria Bhakti Nganjuk Tesis. Madiun: Progam Studi Magister Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, Fakultas Pascasarjana, Universitas PGRI Madiun. This study aims to describe and explain the implementation of school rules in shaping the disciplinary character of Grade X students at SMK Satria Bhakti Nganjuk. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation to describe and explain the implementation of school rules and the formation of disciplinary character among Grade X students at SMK Satria Bhakti Nganjuk. The findings of this study reveal that: (1) The implementation of school rules in Grade X at SMK Satria Bhakti Nganjuk is carried out in a planned, consistent, and sustainable manner as part of the school culture. It is not merely normative but is realized through the habituation of daily activities, intensive supervision, as well as educational sanctions and guidance. (2) The implementation of school rules has a tangible impact on strengthening students’ disciplinary character, as evidenced by a significant decrease in violations, increased compliance without constant reminders, and an improvement in the discipline category from fair to good and even very good.
