The Application of Logical Thinking Through the Drill Method to Improve Indonesian Capital Letter Writing Skills of Sixth-Grade Students at SD Negeri 1 Selur in the 2025/2026 Academic Year. Tesis. Program Magister Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia, Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas PGRI Madiun. Pembimbing (I) Dr. Dwi Setyadi, M.M.; (II) Drs. Pujianto, M.M., M.Pd. Keywords: logical thinking, drill method, writing skills, capitalization, Indonesian language. This study aims to improve Indonesian capitalization writing skills through the application of logical thinking using the drill method among sixth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Selur in the 2025/2026 academic year. The background of this research is based on students’ low ability to use capital letters in accordance with the General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling (PUEBI), which is caused by limited logical thinking skills and the lack of structured and continuous practice. This research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach with a one-group pretest–posttest design conducted in two cycles.
