Advisor: Dr. Rosita Ambarwati, S.S., M.Pd., Co-Advisor: Yuli Kuswardani, S.S., M.Hum Keywords: Critical Discourse Analysis, Film "Remember the Titans," Racism Film is a form of mass media that provides entertainment value and, on the other hand, conveys moral messages that can serve as examples and lessons for society in carrying out daily routines. The development of film is also inseparable from the development of society's culture. One film that depicts the social reality of racism is Remember the Titans. The issue of racism is a frequent theme produced by the world's largest film industry, Hollywood. This film is the object of this research, using qualitative methods with Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) techniques to examine how linguistics, consisting of symbols, contributes to violence. The research shows that linguistics in dialogue and social interaction can influence and shape racist behavior, both verbally and non-verbally, as well as anti-racist behavior. In analyzing and validating the data, the combination of CDA theory and G. Lakoff's Discourse Theory with Triangulation increased the reliability of the themes, providing a more comprehensive picture of how the film's messages are received and understood by the audience, by combining textual analysis, discourse analysis, and visual analysis. The results of this study demonstrate how white people in the film "Remember the Titans" engage in discriminatory behavior: racism and differences based on physical characteristics, between whites and blacks. Verbal racism was the most frequent category. Verbal racism contributed most to the racist acts in both categories,
