Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work-Life Balance, Self-Efficacy, and Burnout towards Turnover Intention of employees at XYZ Hospital, Madiun. It used an associative quantitative approach with a population of 117 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The sampling method used a saturated sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The data analysis technique used a testing tool in the form of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with smart-PLS Version 3.0. The results show that Work-Life Balance has no significant effect towards Turnover Intention. Self-Efficacy has a significant effect towards Turnover Intention. Burnout has a very significant and dominant effect towards Turnover Intention.
