Abstract

ABSTRAK Fania Nur Amalina, 2024. Budaya Sekolah di TK Aisyiyah Busthanul Athafal 18 Madiun. Skripsi, Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, FKIP, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Pembimbing (I) Dr. Alisa Alfina, M. Pd., (II) Sofia Nur Afifah, M. Pd. School culture is the values, norms, beliefs, habits, traditions, and symbols that develop and are embraced by the school community, including teachers, students, and other educational staff. This culture plays an important role in shaping character and behavior. This study aims to determine the school culture at TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 18 Madiun. The focus of this study is to describe the school culture. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with a case study method. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews. This study aims to determine how and what the school culture is. The results of this study indicate that overall aspects of school culture such as instilled values, positive symbols or artifacts, and strong support from the school community can significantly foster a good school culture. The implication of this study is the importance of building and maintaining a school culture that supports improving good school quality. Keywords: School Culture, Early Childhood Education, Educator Management ABSTRAK Budaya sekolah merupakan nilai, norma, kepercayaan, kebiasaan, tradisi, dan simbol, yang berkembang dan dianut oleh warga sekolah, baik guru maupun siswa dan tenaga kependidikan lainnya. Budaya ini mempunyai peran penting dalam membentuk karakter, dan perilaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja budaya sekolah di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 18 Madiun. Fokus penelitian yaitu mendeskripsikan budaya sekolah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi,dokumentasi,dan wawancara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dan apa saja budaya sekolah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan dalam aspek budaya sekolah seperti nilai-nilai yang ditanamkan, simbol atau artefak yang positif dan dukungan warga sekolag yang kuat secara signifikan dapat menumbuhkan budaya sekolah yang baik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya membangun dan memelihara budaya sekolah yang mendukung meningkatkan mutu sekolah yang baik. Kata kunci : Budaya Sekolah,PAUD,Management Pendidik
