Abstract

The development of information technology (IT) has driven significant transformation in various aspects of Indonesian society, including in the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector. In Kawedanan sub-district, Magetan Regency, MSMEs still face challenges in marketing and selling products digitally due to the limitations of an integrated information system. The existing SiTeras website has not fully met user needs due to limited features and lack of transaction system integration. This study aims to analyze and redesign the SiTeras information system using the prototype method, which allows for iterative user feedback-based system development. Initial evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) was carried out to identify deficiencies in the existing system. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, data collection through observation, interviews, and literature studies, and system development using the prototype method. The results of the study indicate that the new design of the SiTeras website has been in accordance with the needs of partners, including in aspects of transactions, appearance, promotion, and MSMEs sales management. This research is expected to provide strategic solutions in supporting the digital transformation of MSMEs in Kawedanan and increasing competitiveness and local economic contributions in a sustainable manner.
