Abstract
SMA Negeri 2 Mejayan is one of the high schools in Mejayan District, Madiun Regency that has implemented the independent curriculum. At SMA Negeri 2 Mejayan, the independent curriculum learning uses the lecture method and students are given the freedom to find learning resources by being given facilities in the form of a wifi network at school that can be used by students to support learning. Fiscal and monetary policy materials require a deeper understanding of the concept, often many students are wrong in understanding the meaning and have an impact on student learning outcomes. In addition, the Treffinger type cooperative learning model has never been applied in class XI 5. This study aims to determine the application of the Treffinger learning model assisted by live worksheets media can improve students' economic learning outcomes in class XI 5 at SMA Negeri 2 Mejayan. The method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data collection was carried out in class XI 5 with a total of 36 students, 12 male students and 24 female students. Data collection using observation, tests, and documentation. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes in cycle I of 88.89% as many as 32 students had achieved completion in learning and students who had not completed were 11.11% as many as 4 students. While in cycle II there was an increase in learning outcomes with an acquisition of 94.45% as many as 34 students had achieved completion in learning and students who had not completed were 5.55% as many as 2 students. By looking at the reflection that has been done, the Treffinger type cooperative learning model with live worksheets media can improve student learning outcomes.
