Abstract

Learning outcomes are student test scores obtained from mathematics learning achievement tests that can be used as a benchmark for determining student success in understanding the material taught. In fifth-grade mathematics learning, many students have not mastered the indicators of determining the prime factors of a number and determining the LCM and GCF using prime numbers. This study aims to determine whether the Wordwall-based AIR learning model is effective in providing significant improvements in fifth-grade student learning outcomes. The subjects in this study were fifth-grade students at Ngadirejo 02 Public Elementary School. This study used a quantitative approach with a time series research type using an Interrupted Time Series Design. The sampling technique used saturated sampling technique, with a sample size of 28 students. The research instrument consisted of a pre-test and post-test in mathematics for grade V on LCM and GCF. The results of data analysis showed differences in the mathematics learning outcomes of grade V students before and after learning using the AIR learning model based on wordwalls, the results were not the same. The average post-test score was 85, an increase from the average pre-test score of 64.46. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the p-value < 0.001, namely 0.000 < 0.001. Thus, the results of the study indicate that the AIR learning model based on wordwall media is effective in providing significant improvements in the learning outcomes of grade V students.
