Abstract
The problem identified at SDN Dimong 03 is the lack of engaging and interactive learning media in the Indonesian language learning process. The media used by teachers are still limited to textbooks and simple PowerPoint presentations, lacking animations, sounds, or digital interactivity, which leads students to feel bored and disengaged. As a result, students are less interested and face difficulties in understanding the material delivered. The aim of this study, which focuses on the development of a Scratch-based learning application using a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model, is twofold: (1) to explore the development process of the Scratch application as a learning medium in the Indonesian language subject for fourth-grade elementary students, and (2) to describe the feasibility of the media. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D), employing the ADDIE development model. The instruments used in this study include validation sheets from language and subject matter experts, media expert validation sheets, teacher response questionnaires, and student response questionnaires. Data collection techniques involved interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the study show that the product developed is a Scratch-based learning media following the ADDIE model. The feasibility of the media is proven by validation results from language and content experts (97.5%), media experts (90%), teacher responses (97.5%), and student responses (94%). These results indicate that the Scratch-based learning media is highly feasible and practical for use in teaching Indonesian to fourth-grade elementary school students.
