Abstract
Firm Value reflects investors' perceptions of a company's performance and future prospects. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial determinants, consisting of Operating Cost Structure, Operational Efficiency, and Bank Size, as well as digital determinants, consisting of IT Human Capital Investment, Digital Investment Intensity, and IT Capital Expenditure, on Firm Value in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022–2024 period. This study employed a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from annual reports and financial statements. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, resulting in 47 listed banks with a total of 141 observations. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. The results indicate that Operating Cost Structure, Operational Efficiency, Bank Size, IT Human Capital Investment, Digital Investment Intensity, and IT Capital Expenditure have a positive and significant effect on Firm Value, which is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV). These findings indicate that both financial and digital determinants contribute to enhancing Firm Value in the banking sector.
