The Influence of Hybrid Work Systems, Employee Well-being, and the Use of Artificial Intelligence on the Productivity of Freelance Workers (A Case Study of Freelance Workers in Madiun City). Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, PGRI Madiun University. Advisor (I): Dr. Apriyanti, S.E., M.M. Advisor (II): Robby Sandhi Dessyarti, S.E., M.M. This study aims to examine the influence of the hybrid work system, employee well-being, and the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the productivity of freelance workers in Madiun City. The rapid growth of the digital economy has encouraged the emergence of various technology-based and flexible forms of employment, highlighting the need to understand factors that can enhance freelance workers' productivity. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 100 freelance workers in Madiun City selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings reveal that the (1) hybrid work system, (2) employee well-being, and (3) the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) each have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of freelance workers. These results indicate that the implementation of flexible work arrangements, the improvement of employee well-being, and the utilization of AI technology are important factors in supporting the productivity of freelance workers amid the rapid development of the digital economy.
