Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work motivation and compensation both individually and simultaneously on employee performance at PT Teguhsindo Lestaritama Ponorogo. A quantitative approach with a causal research design was employed to investigate the cause-and-effect relationships between the variables. The study population comprised all 65 active employees at PT Teguhsindo Lestaritama Ponorogo. A saturated sampling method (census) was applied, meaning the entire population served as the study's respondents. Primary data were collected via an online structured questionnaire using a Likert scale (administered through Google Forms) between March and June 2026. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing specifically partial t-tests, simultaneous F-tests, and coefficient of determination analysis using SPSS software. Theoretically and practically, the study is expected to provide empirical evidence regarding the tangible contributions of work motivation and fair compensation practices toward optimizing aspects of employee performance namely quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and independence within the manufacturing industry.
