Abstract
Counselors as educators have the task of providing guidance and counseling services for their students so that students can carry out their development tasks well. One of the tasks of developing high school children is to plan their career. Student career planning can run well if the counselor is able to provide career guidance and counseling services in the form of career information services, group guidance services, group counseling and individual counseling.
