Abstract

The aims of this research is to analyze the influence of the independent board of commissioners, audit committee, managerial ownership, and environmental performance on company value in manufacturing companies. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 24 application program. This type of research is quantitative research. The data source used is secondary data obtained from the annual reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data selection method uses Purposive Sampling. The total research sample consisted of 31 manufacturing companies. The population in this study was 302 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The test results show that the variables independent board of commissioners, audit committee, managerial ownership and environmental performance have a positive and significant effect on company value.
