Abstract

The research entitled “The Effect of Asset Structure, Profitability, and Growth Opportunity on Debt Policy (Case Study of Infrastructure Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 Period)” has the aim of analyzing the influence of the independent variables of Asset Structure, Profitability, and Growth Opportunity on the dependent variable Debt Policy in infrastructure companies. The research population is 69 Infrastructure companies listed on the IDX with a total sample of 38 companies. The method used is the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the t test, and the coefficient of determination (R2) using the help of the SPSS version 25 for Windows application. The results of the study indicate that the asset structure variable (DAR) and growth opportunity have a positive and significant effect on debt policy, while the profitability variable (ROA) has no effect on debt policy.
