Abstract
Patient satisfaction is one of the factors which makes patients come back for treatment because of the feeling of satisfaction they receive or even patients do not come again. This study aimed to provide evidence in the Satisfaction of Outpatients of Specialist Doctors Participating in BPJS Kesehatan RSUD Dolopo, Madiun Regency which is influenced by the Quality of Service and Facilities. This study used a Quantitative approach with a survey research design. The population of the study were people who were outpatients of specialist doctors participating in BPJS Kesehatan at RSUD Dolopo, Madiun Regency, totaling 384 people. This research method used IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 25. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study prove: Service Quality has a positive and significant effect towards the Satisfaction of Outpatients of Specialist Doctors Participating in BPJS Kesehatan RSUD Dolopo, Madiun Regency. Facilities have a positive and significant effect towards the Satisfaction of Outpatients of Specialist Doctors Participating in BPJS Kesehatan RSUD Dolopo, Madiun Regency. Quality of Service and Facilities has a positive and significant effect towards the Satisfaction of Outpatients of Specialist Doctors of BPJS Kesehatan Participants at Dolopo Regional Hospital, Madiun Regency.
