Abstract

This study aims to empirically prove Customer Satisfaction Mediating Service Quality and Price on Customer Loyalty Shoes Care Kota Madiun (Case study of Minimal Shoes Care Kota Madiun consumers). This study is a quantitative study with a sample size of 384 people. The sampling method uses a lemeshow sample. Data collection using a questionnaire distributed via google form. The data analysis technique uses a test tool in the form of Structual Equation Modeling (SEM) with smartPLS Version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality affects Customer Loyalty, Price does not affect Customer Loyalty to Consumers, Service Quality affects Customer Satisfaction, Price affects Customer Satisfaction to Consumers, Customer Satisfaction affects Customer Loyalty, Service Quality affects Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction, Price affects Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction
