Abstract
Pillars supporting the success of the industry is labor productivity. The extent to which a business can produce is largely determined by the employee or his workers. Some factors affecting productivity such as the emotional intelligence and confidence of employees, where an employee has self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills functioning as variable of emotional intelligence and trust in the self-ability, act independently in making decisions, have positive self concept, and dared to express an opinion as an variable of selfconfidence. This research was conducted at Cooperation Dana Mandiri Madiun, with the aim to analyze influence of emotional intelligence and confidence to the labor productivity at Cooperation Dana Mandiri Madiun. This study uses quantitative methods. The total research subjects are 30 respondents selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. In collecting data, researchers used a questionnaire method of scale. This study uses data analysis techniques Regression, SPSS version 20.0 for Windows. The research shows that the independent variable (emotional intelligence and confidence) has a significant impact on employee productivity of Cooperation Dana Mandiri Madiun simultaneously, that is F count > F Table (7,557> 3,354), with sig.0.000<0.05. While partially, variable that have a dominant influence on the productivity of labor is the motivation in emotional intelligence, with a t value is 2,942 > 2.042 and variable self-confidence that is dominant is believing in selfability with t value table is 2,019 < 2.042.
