Abstract
Discipline is a main aspect in Islamic boarding schools, especially in recording and dealing with violations committed by santri and female students. Currently, recording violations and permits is still done manually using paper, which is vulnerable to loss or damage to records and causes irregularities and waste of time. This research aims to design and develop a web-based information system for licensing and organizing ta'zir using the Laravel framework, with the hope of simplifying the tasks of the boarding school security section and increasing security and operational efficiency at the Salafiyah Sholawat Clubuk Islamic Boarding School. This system is designed with main features such as student data management, applying for ta'zir permits, as well as organizing and monitoring the implementation of ta'zir based on the level of violations. The research results show that the information system developed is able to increase efficiency and accuracy in the licensing process and organizing ta'zir. This system also makes it easy for administrators to compile violation reports without the risk of damage or loss of data, so that it can become a strong basis for future decision making.
