Abstract

This study aims to design augmented reality (AR) based learning media using 3D modeling in mathematics subjects for the Android platform. In developing this learning media, the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method is used which consists of six stages: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. This learning media is designed to improve students' understanding of abstract mathematical concepts through interactive 3D visualization. Unity 3D is used as a development tool to create an interesting and educational AR environment. The result of this research is an AR-based math learning application that can be accessed through Android devices, which is expected to help students understand math subject matter better and more fun.
