Abstract
Electric power distribution system is a process of distributing electrical energy from generators to consumers. Electric power can be seen from how often blackouts occur and the length of blackouts that occur within a certain time. Reliability index is a way to determine the level of reliability of a distribution system expressed in probability. SAIFI, SAIDI are 2 reliability indices that can be used to determine the level of reliability of an Electric Power Distribution system. The Reliability Index Assessment (RIA) method is used to determine the reliability level of the 20 KV distribution system at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Madiun Kota in the Nglames extension. The analysis results show that the distribution system has a relatively high level of reliability, with a SAIDI value of 83.96892 Hours / Customer / Year, SAIFI of 8.396892 Times / Customer / Year. This level of reliability meets SPLN standards and can be accepted as a reliable system.
