Nada Adelina. 2024. Pengaruh Efikasi Diri Dan Persepsi Siswa Tentang Dukungan Sosial Terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Karir Kelas XI SMK Gamaliel 1. Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling, FKIP, UNIVERSITAS PGRI MADIUN. Pembimbing (I) Silvia Yula Wardani, M.Pd., (II) Dr. Asroful Kadafi, M.Pd. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap pengambilan keputusan karir, persepsi siswa tentang dukungan sosial terhadap pengambilan keputusan karir dan pengaruh dari efikasi diri dan persepsi siswa tentang dukungan sosial berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan karir siswa kelas XI SMK Gamaliel 1 Tahun Ajaran 2023 / 2024. Desain dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Ex-post Facto. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 110 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah teknik probability sampling dengan jenis Proportionate Random Sampling. Proportionate Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan instrument lembar angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, uji asumsi dan uji hipotesis dengan rumus Korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial terhadap pengambilan keputusan karir siswa kelas XI Gamaliel I. Dikuatkan dengan hasil uji linieritas diketahui bahwa nilai sig 0,149> 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel independent X1 mempunyai hubungan yang linier dengan variabel dependent (Y). Dan hasil uji linieritas untuk dukungan sosial nilai sig deviation linearity sebesar 0,52> 0,05 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel dukungan social (X2) mempunyai hubungan linier dengan variabel pengambilan Keputusan karir (Y). The aim of this research is to describe the influence of self-efficacy on career decision making, students' perceptions of social support on career decision making and the influence of self-efficacy and students' perceptions of social support on the career decision making of class XI students at Gamaliel 1 Vocational School for the 2023/2024 academic year. The design of this research is correlational research which uses a quantitative approach with the Ex-post Facto method. The number of samples in this research was 110 with the sampling technique used for this research being a probability sampling technique with the Proportionate Random Sampling type. Proportionate Random Sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research is testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, testing assumptions and testing hypotheses using the Product Moment Correlation formula. The results of this research are that there is a significant influence between self-efficacy and social support on the career decision making of class dependent variable (Y). And the results of the linearity test for social support have a sig deviation linearity value of 0.52> 0.05, so it can be said that the social support variable (X2) has a linear relationship with the career decision making variable (Y).
