**Abstract** Arvani Irhas Wriasukma Santoso. 2024. Conventional Implicatures in Reviews of *Baso Aci Acila* on the GoFood Feature of the Gojek Application. Thesis. Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), PGRI University of Madiun. Supervisors: (I) Dr. Bambang Eko Hari Cahyono, M.Pd., (II) Muhammad Binur Huda, S.Pd., M.Pd. This study aims to describe the forms of conventional implicatures in reviews of Baso Aci Acila on the GoFood feature of the Gojek application. In addition, it seeks to elucidate the meanings embedded within these forms of conventional implicatures in the reviews of Baso Aci Acila on GoFood. The research employs a qualitative approach and utilizes a descriptive method. Data sources are derived from reviews of Baso Aci Acila on the GoFood feature of the Gojek app. Data collection in this study uses a non-participant observation technique and a note-taking method. The data analysis technique includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and verification of data. The research began in March 2024, with reviews collected from 2023 up to the most recent in January 2024. The data consists of reviews in the form of words. The selected data is tailored to meet the research needs, specifically data that is chosen and classified as conventional implicature. The results of this study found 25 instances of conventional implicatures in the reviews of Baso Aci Acila on the GoFood feature of the Gojek application, along with the meanings contained within these forms of conventional implicatures. The data was analyzed by considering the causes of conventional implicatures in the reviews studied, incorporating context in the data analysis section. The findings reveal that the conventional implicatures in the Baso Aci Acila reviews are generally caused by a mismatch between consumer expectations and their other desires regarding the service provided.
