Abstract

Teh Kota is a contemporary iced tea drink business originating from Blora, Central Java which implements a franchise system. However, currently monitoring employee attendance is not optimal because Teh Kota does not yet have a presence application to record employee attendance, making it difficult for the owner to see the exact time employees enter and leave work. The aim of this research is to overcome existing problems, namely providing a presence application using facial recognition in real time to prevent employee manipulation and fraud such as late arrival times at work and entrusting attendance to other colleagues and to help the owner. in determining employee salaries in accordance with attendance recaps. The development method used in developing this system is the Waterfall method. The Mobile Based Employee Presence Application Design System was created using the Dart programming language and Firebase as a database. This research produces a mobile-based employee attendance application system that provides displays and access rights for employees and admins. The menus in the application run normally and do not experience errors or bugs. In accessing the application, employees and admins do not experience problems so it is easy to use.
