Keywords: writing, descriptive essays, and caricature drawings This research aims to describe and explain (1) the application of caricature image media can improve learning to write descriptive paragraphs for class IV students at SDN 3 Ngrogung, Ngebel District, Ponorogo Regency Academic Year 2024/ 2025, (2) the results of learning to compose descriptive paragraphs using caricature image media for class IV students at SDN 3 Ngrogung Ngebel District, Ponorogo Regency Academic Year 2024/ 2025, and (3) the activities of class IV students at SDN 3 Ngrogung, Ngebel District, Ponorogo Regency Academic Year 2024/ 2025 in compiling descriptive paragraphs using picture media caricature, This research is classroom action research using two cycles. The results of this research are (1) the application of caricature drawing media can improve learning to write descriptive paragraphs in class IV students at SDN 3 Ngrogung, Ngebel District, Ponorogo Regency Academic Year 2024/ 2025. This is proven by caricature media being able to improve students' ability to write descriptive paragraphs, (2) student learning outcomes in learning to write descriptive paragraphs using caricature image media for class IV students at SDN 3 Ngrogung, Ngebel District, Ponorogo Regency Academic Year 2024/ 2025 is in the complete category, and (3) Student Activities in learning to write descriptive paragraphs using image media There was an increase in caricatures from class IV students at SDN 3 Ngrogung, Ngebel District, Ponorogo Regency Academic Year 2024/ 2025 from cycle I to cycle II. This proves that caricature drawing media can increase student activity in writing descriptive paragraphs.
