Abstract

The aim of this research is the Anthropometric Characteristics and Physical Condition of PGRI Madiun University Volleyball UKM Participants. This research uses the method used in this research is the survey method, while the data collection technique uses tests and measurements. Sources of research data include; 1) Participants in the PGRI Madiun University Volleyball UKM include; a) Male Students, b) Female Students. The research instrument uses anthropometric tests and physical conditions including; 1) anthropometry ; a) height, b) weight, c) arm length, d) tremor length, 2) physical condition; a) speed, b) strength, c) agility, d) power, e) trance, f) balance, g) coordination, h) reaction, i) endurance. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical techniques. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the characteristics of the role of anthropometry with the highest percentage among participants in the Men's Volleyball UKM at PGRI Madiun University are length of coverage of 44% in the good category, female female students in the weight category have a percentage of 24% in the good category, while the physical condition of the participants PGRI Madiun University Men's Volleyball UKM speed is 44%, which is in the very good category, while the physical condition factor characteristic of female students is the balance factor which has a percentage of 28% in the very good category.
