Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, leverage, and profitability towards risk management disclosure in properties & real estate companies listed on the IDX in the 2019-2023 period. The population in this study were properties & real estate companies listed on the IDX in the 2019-2023 period. This type of research was quantitative using secondary data. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 32 companies, so the total sample used in this study was 160 companies. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 for windows application. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that institutional ownership has a significant effect towards risk management disclosure. Managerial ownership has a significant effect towards risk management disclosure. Leverage has no significant effect towards risk management disclosure. And profitability has no significant effect towards risk management disclosure.
