This research aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital, capital structure and financial performance on company value with institutional ownership as a moderating variable in banking companies in 2020-2022. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports of banking companies listed on the IDX from 2020 to 2022 which are downloaded via the website www.idx.co.id. The population of this research is all banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling and it was found that 129 out of 43 companies from the 3 year period (2020-202) met the research criteria after sampling a total of 106 companies. The data analysis method used in this research is the multiple regression analysis method. The data analysis technique uses moderated regression analysis (MRA). Data was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics v.24. The results of this research show that intellectual capital has a positive effect on company value, capital structure has no effect on company value, financial performance has a positive effect on company value, institutional ownership is not able to moderate intellectual capital on company value, institutional ownership is not able to moderate capital structure on company value , Institutional ownership is unable to moderate financial performance on company value.
