Abstract
This research aimed to determine the influence of service quality, price and brand image towards the decision to use Expedition Services at PT. J&T Express, Ngawi City. This research was quantitative with a sample size of 384 respondents. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The data analysis technique used the Structural Equitom Modeling (SEM) test tool with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this research prove that service quality does not have a significant effect towards the decision to use Expedition Services at PT. J&T Express, Ngawi City. Price and brand image have a significant influence towards the decision to use expedition services at PT. J&T Express in Ngawi City.
