Abstract

The Effect of Company Size and Financial Performance towards Company Value with Business Risk as a Moderating Variable (Case Study of Property and Real Estate Sector Service Companies Listed on the IDX in the 2018-2022 Period). The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of company size and financial performance towards company value with business risk as a moderating variable. The population in this study was property and real estate sector service companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2022 period. The research sample used was 26 companies taken based on purposive sampling technique. The research method used was a quantitative approach with secondary data collection techniques through the company's financial reports. The results of this study indicate: the company size variable does not have a significant effect towards company value. Financial performance has a significant effect towards company value. Business risk cannot moderate company size towards company value. Business risk cannot moderate financial performance towards company value.
