Abstract

The Influence of Discounts, Free Shipping, Cash on Delivery towards Purchasing Decisions with Purchase Intention as an Intervening Variable in the Shopee Marketplace (Case study of consumers using Shopee in Distro Monkey Ceria, Saradan Sub-district) The aim of the research was to find out whether there was an influence of discounts, free shipping, Cash on Delivery towards purchasing decisions and buying interest. As well as the indirect influence of discounts, free shipping, Cash on Delivery towards purchasing decisions with purchase interest as an intervening variable (case study of Distro Monkey Ceria consumers). This research was conducted at the Monkey Ceria Distro on Shopee. The research sample was 385 respondents. The research method used was a quantitative approach using SmartPLS software version 4.0. The results of this research show that. Discounts, free shipping, cash on delivery, have a positive effect towards buying interest. Discounts and free shipping do not have a positive effect towards purchasing decisions. Cash On Delivery and Purchase Interest have a positive influence towards purchasing decisions. Discounts, free shipping and cash on delivery have a positive influence towards purchasing decisions through purchasing interest.
