Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, UNTVERSITAS PGRI MADIUN. Supervisor (1) Dr. Anny Widiasmara, SE, M.Si., CSRS. (2) Moh Ubaidillah, S.Pd., M.Si, CSRS This study aimed to determine the effect of profitability and liquidity towards company value with company growth as a moderating variable in technology companies in 2020-2023 period. The data used were secondary data in the form of financial reports of technology companies listed on the IDX from 2020 to 2023 which were downloaded via the website www.idx.co.id. The population of this study was all technology companies listed in Indonesia. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method, so 20 companies were obtained with a 4-year research period, resulting in a final sample of 80 company samples. The data analysis technique used moderate regression analysis (MRA). Data was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics v.24. The results of the study indicate: profitability has a positive effect towards company value, liquidity has a negative effect towards company value, company growth is unable to moderate the effect of profitability towards company value, company growth is unable to moderate the effect of liquidity towards company value.
