Abstract
ABSTRACT Yona Eca Wahyu Riyanty, 2024. The Effect of Investment Decisions and Company Size towards Company Value with Intellectual Capital as a Moderating Variable. Thesis. Accounting, Economics and Business Study Program, UNIVERSITAS PGRI MADIUN . Supervisor (I) Dr. Anny Widiasmara, S.E., M.Si., CSRS., (II) Moh. Ubaidillah, S.Pd., M.Si., CSRS. This study aimed to determine the effect of investment decisions and company size with intellectual capital as a moderating variable. The data used were secondary data in the form of Annual Reports of technology companies listed on the IDX from 2020 to 2023 period which were downloaded via the website www.idx.co.id. The population of this study was all technology companies listed on the IDX from 2020 to 2023 period. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method, so 20 companies were obtained with a 4-year research period, resulting in a final sample of 80 company samples. The data analysis technique used moderate regression analysis (MRA). The data was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 24. The results of the study indicate investment decisions affect company value, company size does not affect company value, intellectual capital cannot moderate the effect of investment decisions towards company value, and intellectual capital cannot moderate the effect of company size towards company value.
