Abstract

The Effect of Managerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership towards Firm Value with Audit Committee as Moderating Variable (Study on Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2022 Period). The aim of this study was to determine whether there was an influence between managerial ownership and institutional ownership towards firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2022 period, and to determine whether the audit committee as a moderating variable can moderate managerial ownership and institutional ownership towards firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study was 58 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2022 period. The research method used was a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using the SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study are: managerial ownership has a positive effect towards company value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, institutional ownership does not affect company value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the audit committee cannot moderate managerial ownership towards company value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the audit committee cannot moderate institutional ownership on company value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. .
