Abstract

The objective of this study was to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of corporate social responsibility and financial performance towards stock prices and whether company size can moderate the effect of corporate social responsibility and financial performance towards company stock prices. This study used secondary data obtained from the company's annual report. The population of this study was all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018-2023 period. Sampling in this study used the purposive sampling method, so 216 company samples were obtained. The research method used in this study was the quantitative method using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study are: CSR affects stock prices, while financial performance affects banking company stocks, company size cannot moderate the relationship between CSR variables and stock prices, while company size is unable to moderate the relationship between financial performance and banking company stock prices.
