Informatics Engineering Study Program, FT, UniversitasPGRI Madiun. Supervisor (I) Inung Diah Kurniawati, S.Pd., M.Pd (II) Puguh Jayadi, S.Kom., M.Kom. CV. Cokro Bersatu is a bakery company originating from Madiun, East Java. Established in 1989 on Jalan Cokroaminoto no.36 Madiun City. In CV activities. In CV activities. Cokro Bersatu has 150 employees in the production department. CV. Cokro Bersatu in selecting the best employees is currently still manual, namely to encourage employee enthusiasm in increasing their dedication and performance which has not been optimal in its implementation. This research aims to build a decision support system for selecting the best employees at CV. Cokro Bersatu with the profile matching method. In this study, the research method we carried out used the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This method has 3 flow stages as follows: Planning (Requirements Planning), RAD Design Workshop (RAD Design Workshop), Implementation (Implementation). The results of this research are a decision support system for selecting the best CV employees. Cokro Bersatu uses the profile matching method. The conclusion in this research is that the system built runs smoothly and each system menu is successfully executed in accordance with the researcher's design, as well as comparative tests in manual calculations.
