Abstract
The aim of this study was to determine whether there was an influence between inflation, labor wages, and economic growth towards Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). This study was conducted in all countries which were members of ASEAN, totaling 10 ASEAN countries, with the time period used being 2013-2022 period. This study was developed with a descriptive quantitative approach. Data analysis used panel data regression with the help of E-views 10. The results of this study are: inflation does not have a significant effect towards Foreign Direct Investment in ASEAN countries. Meanwhile, labor wages and economic growth have a significant positive effect towards Foreign Direct Investment in ASEAN countries. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that the government can consider determining economic policies, as well as increasing global competition to encourage Foreign Direct Investment, so it can provide benefits for countries in the ASEAN region.
