Abstract

The rapid growth of information technology has had a significant impact in increasing the efficiency of various administrative processes, including the management of Education Development Contribution (SPP) payments in schools. This research aims to analyze needs and design a prototype of the tuition payment website at SMAN 1 Kawedanan, which currently still relies on a manual system. This manual system causes various problems such as data loss, duplication, and delays in payment reporting. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with observation, interview and literature study techniques. The research results show that by applying the prototype method, the resulting website design can overcome these problems by speeding up the payment process and reducing reporting errors. This website allows payment data to be managed online, which makes it easier to access information for students and school staff. Evaluation of the prototype system shows that there is a need for further improvements, such as adding a feature for determining payment amounts on the admin dashboard page and service contact numbers for students. The proposed design is expected to increase the efficiency of SPP administration management and provide a faster and more accurate solution in the payment process.
