The Influence of Democratic Leadership Style and Community Participation on the Performance of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Sukma Yasa, Sukomoro Village, Sukomoro District, Magetan Regency. Thesis. Madiun: Master of Social Sciences Education Study Program, Postgraduate Faculty, PGRI Madiun University. Supervisor (I) Dr. Muhammad Hanif, M.M., M.Pd (2) Dr. Ibadullah Malawi, M.Pd. Keywords: Democratic Leadership Style, Community Participation, BUMDes Performance, BUMDes This research aims to determine the influence of democratic leadership style and community participation on the performance of BUMDes Sukma Yasa, Sukomoro Village, Sukomoro District, Magetan Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The data sources used are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The sample in the study was 30 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the research based on calculations can be drawn as follows: (1). There is no influence of democratic leadership style on the performance of BUMDes Sukma Yasa as evidenced by the analysis results, the sig-F value of 0.163 is greater than the alpha value of 0.05, (2). There is an influence of community participation on the performance of BUMDes Sukma Yasa as evidenced by the analysis results, the sig-F value of 0.009 is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, (3). Simultaneously there is an influence of democratic leadership style and community participation on the performance of BUMDes Sukma Yasa as evidenced by the R square value of 42.8% and the remaining 57.2% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research.
