Abstract
Performance Maintenance Analysis of Electrical Power Utility Systems (SUTT) plays a key role in ensuring the availability and optimal performance of this critical infrastructure. In this study, we introduce an innovative approach that combines thermovision methods with performance maintenance analysis to enhance understanding of the thermal conditions and performance of the SUTT network. The thermovision method is used to detect hot spots and thermal anomalies in network equipment, providing a deep understanding of temperature distribution that may indicate potential failure signs. Performance maintenance analysis is conducted by considering various factors that can affect network performance, including operational temperature, electrical load, and equipment wear. The results of thermovision measurements on the 70kV SUTT network at GI Manisrejo towards Caruban, for two towers, namely tower 176 and tower 175, for all phases are as follows: On tower 176, the average current value is 54 A, the average terminal temperature ranges from 30ºC to 33ºC, and the average conductor temperature is 26ºC. On tower 175, the average current value is 54 A, the average terminal temperature ranges from 31ºC to 34ºC, and the average conductor temperature is 27ºC. The thermovision measurements indicate that both towers are in good condition as the current, terminal temperature, and conductor temperature values are still within standard limits, with follow-up routine testing conducted every 6 months. The results of emissivity value calculations for the 70kV SUTT network at GI Manisrejo towards Caruban, for two towers, namely tower 176 and tower 175, for all phases are as follows: On tower 176, the average emissivity value for each phase ranges from 0.4771ºK to 0.4937ºK. On tower 175, the average emissivity value for each phase ranges from 0.4655ºK to 0.4937ºK. The emissivity values and temperature differences for both towers indicate that they are in good condition as the emissivity values and temperature differences are still within the specified standards, with follow-up routine testing conducted every 6 months. The results from the thermovision measurements, emissivity value calculations, and temperature differences show good and compliant values.
