Abstract
This research aims to analyze the implementation of the government administration cluster in Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning the Determination of Perppu Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation into Law and its impact on regional government authority. The background to this research is significant regulatory changes in the regional autonomy system in Indonesia, which have been regulated in various laws since independence until now. The main focus of this research is how changes in government administration clusters regulated in the Job Creation Law affect regional government authority and the implementation of regional autonomy. This research uses a normative juridical approach with a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Data obtained from literature studies and analysis of related legal documents. The research results show that changes to regulations in Law Number 6 of 2023 have a significant impact on regional government authority, especially in terms of industrial licensing and resource management. However, the implementation of regional autonomy still faces various challenges, including development disparities between regions, corrupt practices, and political legitimacy. This research suggests strengthening the monitoring and accountability system at the regional level to prevent abuse of authority and corrupt practices. Keywords : Government Administration Cluster, Job Creation Law, Regional Government Authority
