Abstract
This study is a quantitative research aimed at analyzing the influence of intellectual capital, good corporate governance, and profitability on firm value, with investment decisions as a moderating variable, among industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019–2024. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from annual reports and financial statements of companies available on the company websites or www.idx.co.id. The analytical methods used are multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The data were processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The research sample consisted of 47 companies with an observation period of 6 years, resulting in 224 observations after data processing using purposive sampling. The results indicate that intellectual capital (VAIC) do not affect firm value, whereas good corporate governance (DKI) and profitability (ROA) does affect firm value. In the moderation test, investment decisions were unable to moderate the effect of intellectual capital on firm value but were able to moderate the effects of good corporate governance and profitability on firm value. This study is expected to contribute to companies’ efforts to increase firm value and serve as a reference for future researchers in developing studies using other regression models.
