Abstract

The administrative and academic management at Cendekia Study Center (CSC) Madiun is currently conducted conventionally, utilizing spreadsheets for scheduling which are prone to clashes, physical attendance logs, and instant messaging apps for material distribution leading to unstructured archiving. This research aims to design and build a web-based Learning Management System (LMS) application as a solution to digitize these operational processes. The system development employs the Prototyping method, which allows for iterative system evaluation tailored to dynamic user needs. System functionality was evaluated using the Black Box Testing method involving 65 test scenarios across Admin, Mentor, and Student access levels. The test results demonstrated a functional success rate of 90.77%, which is classified under the "Very Good" or "Highly Feasible" category. In conclusion, the developed LMS has been scientifically tested and is effective in automating clash-free scheduling, digitizing real-time attendance, and facilitating more efficient academic interactions.
