Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of climate governance and climate change commitments on carbon emissions. As well as the indirect influence of climate governance variables and climate change commitments through foreign ownership as a moderating variable. The sample in this study amounted to 30 manufacturing companies and a total of 210 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2025 period using a purposive sampling method. The data used are secondary data downloaded from the company website and www.idx.co.id. The results of this study are climate governance has a significant effect on carbon emissions in manufacturing companies. Climate change commitments have a significant effect on carbon emissions in manufacturing companies. Foreign ownership is unable to moderate the relationship between climate governance and carbon emissions. Foreign ownership is unable to moderate the relationship between climate change commitments and carbon emissions.
