Abstract

PT Respiro Indonesia faces challenges in managing sales transaction data, which is still performed manually using spreadsheets. This condition causes the process of monitoring product performance and stock planning to be inefficient because the data is not centrally integrated. This study aims to develop a web-based Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboard system capable of processing raw transaction data into strategic visual information. The system was built using the Laravel framework as the backend, React.js as the frontend, and PostgreSQL as the data storage medium. The main features of this application include sales performance visualization through an interactive dashboard, multidimensional analysis features using OLAP concepts (Drill Down, Slice & Dice, and Pivot Table), and a sales estimation module to support future stock requirement planning. The testing results indicate that the system can present data accurately and interactively, making it easier for management to monitor product demand trends and make more targeted business decisions based on the company's historical data.
