Abstract

The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance on the Financial Performance of Banking Companies Moderated by Intellectual Capital Disclosure (A Case Study of Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2022-2024 Period). Thesis. Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Supervisor: Anny Widiasmara, SE, M.Sc., CSRS. Supervisor: Moh. Ubaidillah, S.Pd., M.Sc., CSRS. This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Corporate Governance (CG) on financial performance, with Intellectual Capital as a moderating variable, in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2022-2024 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that CSR influences financial performance, while CG does not. Intellectual capital moderates the effect of CSR on financial performance, but not CG. Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance, Intellectual Capital, Financial Performance.
