Abstract
In the modern working environment, the balance between family life and work (work–life balance) has become an issue of increasing concern, particularly in professions that require high levels of readiness and responsibility, such as healthcare workers (Mardhana et al., 2025). This study involved a sample of 162 nurses, selected using a proportional sampling method. The data analysis technique employed in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data processing and hypothesis testing conducted to examine the three hypotheses in this study namely, the effect of work–family conflict on job satisfaction, the effect of social support on job satisfaction, and the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction it can be concluded that work family conflict has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Social support has a significant effect on job satisfaction, and perceived organizational support also has a significant effect on job satisfaction.
